We are writing this letter to thank you for all your help in making our home maintainance free and beautiful.

We have had CKH replace windows in our basement to replace the original ones which probably were almost one hundred years old. Now we can open them to let the air circulate which for thirty years we were unable to do - thank you. CKH also put in new gutters, down spouts and facias on the house and garage and a new beautiful wedgewood blue storm/screen door. We were very pleased with each and every installation because they were so well done. This is a very old house, so whenever we would have something done, it was an ordeal - the companies we chose always seemed to have a problem and we were not happy with the jobs they did but we made do.

You showed us new doors to replace the old ones in the house and we are so very pleased that we chose them - we call them our "million dollar doors" because they look so beautiful and have definitely helped with the loss of heat.

And now since we are "preferred customers" we are going to have CKH put on new vinyl siding. Now the house will be complete - we even had new front steps and railing replaced because the old ones did not go with the new doors.

It is too bad we had the roof replaced a few years ago because we know you would have done a much better job - the roofers who did put it on were just horrible.

We thank you for making it a pleasant experience. Everyone we have dealt with at CKH has been truly wonderful. Last year we had a few things done around the house and each one was a bigger nightmare than the job before. But not with you people, it was an enjoyable experience - from start to finish. When you come to "inspect" the previous job it is like having an "old friend" visit.

We are looking forward to the vinyl siding going on the house and then everything will be complete. We are only sorry we did not know of CKH when we first moved into this house.

I had recently went shopping with my aunt who was looking to purchase new windows for her home. She went to the Window Factory in Long Island, and was told that they are the best windows on the market and she redid her entire home with their windows. Well, later we decided to look into getting our home windows done and we were introduced to CKH Industries. I spoke to my aunt about Window Factory and told her that we had been interested in comparing them to the CKH windows. We were sold on the CKH windows but wanted to make sure we had made the right choice. So after the installation was completed we compared our windows to my aunt's and I am more than exuberant to say ours are the best by far.

There truly is no comparison; CKH windows are the superior window and are in a class by themselves. The craftsmanship, quality, style and design are exceptional. Nothing compares to our CKH windows. Their high quality increased the value of our home instantly and they are worth every cent. Not to mention the customer follow-up is outstanding. I must say, once my aunt got her windows installed they asked her if everything was OK, and you didn't hear a word from them afterwards. We appreciate the follow-up, and customer service calls, and even visits from the representative, Tom, from time to time.

We are more than satisfied with the decision we made, and now all I have to do is convince my aunt that she needs new windows. I know from experience and I'm here to tell you it's easy to be fooled by a savvy salesman but you won't be fooled nor will you go wrong with CKH windows.

I am writing to thank you for the wonderful job you did on the siding of our home. We were very pleased with the timely fashion with which the job was completed. But most of all we are thrilled with the NEW LOOK! We had been trying to sell our home for the past few years, but it just didn't have the "curb-appeal" with the old brown-painted aluminum siding. We now have an offer on our house, and hope to go to contract soon.

I also want to thank you for your prompt service. The week we had the new siding installed, we failed to inform our son not to use the gas grill directly next to the vinyl siding. Of course the siding was severely damaged, but when I called CKH to tell them of my predicament they immediately sent an installer back to replace the damaged section (at no charge). THANK YOU!

A few weeks ago, one of your representatives came by for our annual free inspection and we told him that we were missing several clips on the front shutters. CKH Industries just finished installing a new window for me in my bedroom. They had to cut a new hole for the window through 1-inch thick stucco, old clapboard siding, lath, and plaster. They completed the job in about 4 hours and left no mess behind. All I need to do is touch up the paint on the trim and hang a curtain to finish the job.

This is the third project they have done for me. The first job they did was replacing my living room windows and a window in my office. The windows in my living room are enormous double-hung windows, but they were able to make replacements for me with triple glazing, as I requested. My living room was much cozier last winter than ever before.

This past spring I had them replace my front door. I am delighted with the high quality door they installed.

Everyone I have come into contact with from this company is courteous, friendly, and competent. When we first purchased our home, the first thing we needed to do was to replaced the windows. We wanted the best windows that were on the market, but we also wanted these windows at a price that we could afford and from a company that was reputable and stand behind the quality of their product. Our first decision was to use Sears windows because of the Sears well known and reputation. We had Sears replaced all the windows on the first floor of the house. These windows were OK, because we did not know any thing about windows and the price was reasonable.

When we decided to replace the windows on the other half of the house, we learn about the Insul Sash Company and decided to give them a try. Their wmdows were a bit more expensive than the Sears , but they were for more superior in quality and energy saving. We could actually feel the different in temperature in the rooms done by Sears and the Insul Sash Company. The rooms with Insul Sash windows were warmer. We were so iinpressed with the quality of the windows that we decided to replace the rest of the other old windows with Insult Sash windows.

As I promised, I am writing to report to you my annual savings in my electrical and heating costs over a one year period. With taxes due on April 15, I was able to calculate that over a one year period, our electric and heating bill was reduced from $3,920 to $2,324, that produced a savings of $l,596. We would like to drop you a note to tell you how pleased we are with the window installation in our home. The entire experience, from the sales call by Tom to the final touches Sam provided, was very pleasant.

When Tom arrived with his sample of your windows, we were just beginning to consider replacing our windows and were looking to get prices. We were so impressed by the quality of the product that we decided to replace several of our windows. Tom was quite helpfull in our efforts to increase the size of the window in our kitchen. He listened intently and helped us design a great bay window. This was followed up by Sam and your visits to ensure that the window design was what we wanted.

As with anv decision of this magnitude, we were concerned about the quality of the installation and product being delivered. On Jan 12, Lee and his helper showed up to put the windows in. They immediately went to work, opening a rather large hole in the side of our house. We have all heard horror stories about the appearance and disappearance of contractors when they start on your home. Lee and his helper didn't stop from the time they arrived until the job was done. They repaired the asbestos siding on the house and cleaned up after they were done. It was a flawless installation done by dedicated hard working employees. The quality and beauty of the bay window are exactly as Tom presented them. We love that window even more than we had hoped to. A minor glitch in the installation occurred when the replacement of the sills we had contracted for was overlooked. Lee reported this and Sam came the next day and did a beautiful job replacing them.

Needless to say we are thrilled with the windows and you can be assured that when we have the resources to replace the rest of our windows, we will be back to you for the work.

We are enthusiastic about CKH products because of appearance and efficiency.

Since completing the change of all windows to CKH our oil consumption annually has dropped by one third - from an average of 1,500 gallons per year, to 1000 gallons. At the average annual cost of one dollar per gallon over the past several years, we save $500 per year. That "aint hay" as the saying goes.

As you know, we are now having installed two more doors which no doubt will add to the savings. However, we are really making these changes for looks and security more than for efficiency.
